What you will do

• Design and maintain high-availability GCP cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.
• Own the Kubernetes-based container orchestration platform and Terraform infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling to accelerate shipping speed.
• Establish comprehensive observability including logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing.
• Define and track SLOs and SLIs to drive a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.
• Lead security hardening, compliance efforts, and cloud cost optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub).
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes cluster management, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Solid experience writing modular, production-grade Terraform.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Must be based in the Eastern or Central time zones.

• Experience using agents to accelerate delivery.
• Experience managing infrastructure for FedRAMP environments.
