What you will do

• Provide global legal support on employment matters, including ER, benefits, immigration, and litigation.
• Lead the internal investigations process and manage the global Ethics Hotline.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure AI features align with ethical standards and data privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Develop and deploy compliance training on anti-harassment, anti-bribery, and data ethics.
• Act as a strategic advisor to HR and Leadership to embed compliance as a business enabler.

Requirements

• J.D. with active Bar Membership.
• 10+ years of experience in employment law (mix of top-tier firm and in-house).
• Must be based in San Francisco.
• Ability to provide pragmatic, low-friction risk assessments in a high-growth technology environment.
