Location: Philippines - Manila (-FLEX hybrid model: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What you will do
- Drive client success by resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring success with products.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with key clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver exceptional technical support and customer service.
- Leverage deep knowledge of technologies to troubleshoot issues and optimize client solutions.
- Understand client business needs and identify opportunities to expand product usage.
- Develop presentations on client achievements, train clients, and recommend product improvements based on feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in technical or service role in software, telecom, customer service, or call centers
- Proficiency in technical problem-solving, analytics, and advanced troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal fluency)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of contact center software design and technical concepts
