What you will do

• Lead multiple software engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and delivering platform and product capabilities.
• Drive predictable execution against technology roadmaps while balancing speed, quality, and technical sustainability.
• Champion modern software engineering best practices, including secure coding, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and resiliency across all supported systems.
• Build and inspire high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Product, Program, and Architecture teams to translate business needs into actionable technical plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience, including senior-level leadership of engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale software platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile development, DevOps practices, and modern SDLC frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience supporting distributed or globally located teams.
• Background in platform development, infrastructure, or highly regulated software environments.
• Experience in gaming, fintech, or high-availability transaction-based industries.
