What you will do

• Manage a team of 5–6 product developers, driving delivery, quality, and innovation.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to scope, plan, and deliver high-quality projects.
• Lead, mentor, and grow developers through ongoing feedback and career guidance.
• Champion software excellence by ensuring strong CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and observability.
• Provide visibility into team impact, progress, and risks to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting to hire, onboard, and scale the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Development management experience with proven success leading teams.
• Strong technical foundation in computer science fundamentals, system design, and modern web technologies.
• Experience in technical design, problem-solving, and project management (Jira preferred).
• Proficiency in CI/CD, automated testing, and reliability-focused development practices.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
