What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 6-7 engineers through coaching and structured development.
• Drive technical strategy for search systems, focusing on vectorization and AI integration.
• Collaborate with Product to translate business goals into an executable technical roadmap.
• Maintain system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across platforms.
• Optimize delivery speed and reduce bottlenecks using data-driven insights.
• Align technical decisions with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering leadership and backend development.
• Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, mentoring, and problem-solving.
