What you will do
- Spearhead the development of T&O strategy and create Board-level presentations and supporting analysis.
- Lead the development and execution of the annual T&O business plan and budget, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Own the investment governance process for T&O initiatives, tracking benefit realization and partnering with Finance.
- Establish T&O governance frameworks that align with enterprise risk, legal, and internal audit standards.
- Develop and operationalize the 'CTO Dashboard' to track key metrics across people, financials, and delivery.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in tech Chief-of-staff, business management, or strategy consulting (e.g., MBB or Big 4).
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology; MBA or relevant certifications are considered an asset.
- Deep understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance within a technology context.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in executive communication and presentation development.
- Eligibility to work for Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
