What you will do
- Own and exceed revenue quotas through inbound and outbound pipeline building
- Lead end-to-end deals: discovery, demos, negotiations, and closings
- Drive deal velocity with strong stakeholder management and execution
- Maintain structured HubSpot pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Leverage AI tools to optimize sales efficiency and outreach
- Collaborate with Business Development, Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- 2+ years proven B2B SaaS closing experience with new business focus
- Track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets in high-velocity environments
- Hands-on with HubSpot and AI-driven sales tools (mandatory)
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Full ownership mentality, intensity, discipline, and competitive drive
