What you will do

  • Own and exceed revenue quotas through inbound and outbound pipeline building
  • Lead end-to-end deals: discovery, demos, negotiations, and closings
  • Drive deal velocity with strong stakeholder management and execution
  • Maintain structured HubSpot pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize sales efficiency and outreach
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • 2+ years proven B2B SaaS closing experience with new business focus
  • Track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets in high-velocity environments
  • Hands-on with HubSpot and AI-driven sales tools (mandatory)
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Full ownership mentality, intensity, discipline, and competitive drive
