What you will do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring retention, adoption, and expansion.
- Create structured account plans including stakeholder maps, health assessments, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct strategic customer conversations and QBRs grounded in data and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to translate customer needs into internal action.
- Build AI agents and automated workflows to optimize your own book of business.
- Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder landscapes to identify champions and manage blockers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-facing roles such as Account Management or Customer Success.
- Strong commercial skills for handling renewals and expansion conversations.
- Hands-on experience building with AI, including creating agents and automating workflows.
- Fluent in German (C1+) and English.
- Ability to use CRM data and usage signals to drive strategic account decisions.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
