Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (Hybrid: mandatory in-office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and closing for strategic accounts in DACH and emerging markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and negotiate contract terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver value to clients.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably at a fast-growing software company.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales specifically within the DACH region.
  • Proven track record of closing large-figure deals and selling into C-level stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
  • Must be located in Munich to comply with the company's in-person collaboration culture.
  • Strong ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative, out-of-the-box solutions.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an early sales hire or sales leader at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of SaaS products.
  • Experience with quarterly sales planning and new logo acquisition.
