Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (Hybrid: mandatory in-office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and closing for strategic accounts in DACH and emerging markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and negotiate contract terms to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver value to clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably at a fast-growing software company.
- Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales specifically within the DACH region.
- Proven track record of closing large-figure deals and selling into C-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
- Must be located in Munich to comply with the company's in-person collaboration culture.
- Strong ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative, out-of-the-box solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience as an early sales hire or sales leader at a fast-growing startup.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of SaaS products.
- Experience with quarterly sales planning and new logo acquisition.
