What you will do
- Manage complex end-to-end sales processes from outbound to contract closing with multiple stakeholders
- Develop existing customers through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Pitch vision to decision-makers in Communications, HR, and IT
- Acquire new enterprise customers (1,000+ employees)
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, renewal, and product teams
- Contribute ideas to company culture, values, and vision
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2) and business-proficient English
- At least 3 years in B2B sales, ideally software/SaaS
- Experience owning complex sales projects with stakeholders
- Strong closing skills and track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Collaboration with customer comms, IT, HR, C-level
- Outbound mentality, advanced pitching, high emotional intelligence
