What you will do

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a global team of Alliance Managers across different regions.
• Establish and execute a global plan with AWS to contribute to pipeline, bookings, and revenue goals.
• Manage strategic relationships with key ISVs, including Anthropic and Snowflake.
• Implement KPIs, provide performance feedback, and coach the team on sales skills and internal processes.
• Lead regional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and maintain strategic vendor relations with AWS.
• Act as an escalation point for deal challenges and discount approvals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience selling to, with, and through alliance partnerships.
• Direct experience as an Alliance Manager for CSPs such as AWS, Google, or Azure.
• Deep understanding of the public cloud market, ecosystem, and partner roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for partner events and channel growth.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Cloud practitioner or associate level AWS or GCP certifications.
