TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (MarTech/AI): Own the end-to-end customer journey for AI-powered marketing solutions with an accent on onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realisation. Focus on developing proactive churn reduction strategies, partnering with Product teams for roadmap influence, and driving account growth through increased platform usage.
Location: London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote)
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 + bonus

What you will do
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realisation
- Partner with Product teams to influence platform roadmap improvements
- Develop proactive strategies to identify and reduce churn risk
- Support account growth via increased platform usage and upsell opportunities
- Handle billing, renewals, and day-to-day account operations
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, consulting, or customer-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, analytics, and content marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like GA4 or ad platforms
- Confidence engaging senior marketing stakeholders
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
