Location: London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote)

Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realisation
• Partner with Product teams to influence platform roadmap improvements
• Develop proactive strategies to identify and reduce churn risk
• Support account growth via increased platform usage and upsell opportunities
• Handle billing, renewals, and day-to-day account operations

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, consulting, or customer-facing roles
• Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, analytics, and content marketing
• Hands-on experience with tools like GA4 or ad platforms
• Confidence engaging senior marketing stakeholders
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
