TL;DR
Customer Success Manager II (Professional Rugby and EFL League 2): Retaining and expanding accounts by developing strong customer relationships and maximizing product engagement for higher ROI. Focus on account management, renewals, upselling, and commercial activities.
Location: Candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in London (flexible work policy, office days determined with manager and team).
Base Salary Range £28,900 - £48,125 GBP, On-Target Earnings £41,250 - £68,750 GBP

What you will do
- Develop strong customer relationships by maximizing product engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle all aspects of support, account management, product demonstrations, and education.
- Achieve renewal targets through client meetings, identifying needs, and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to capitalize on market opportunities and upsell services.
Requirements
- Client-facing experience in technology, preferably with professional Rugby or football clubs using or competitors.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Technology-savvy with understanding of APIs.
- Strong relationship-building skills for retention and expansion.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
