What you will do
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned customer portfolio to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Champion customer success by helping businesses utilize AI-powered software creation tools.
- Lead onboarding programs to accelerate customer time-to-value and platform adoption.
- Manage renewal processes and execute expansion strategies for long-term partnerships.
- Track customer health scores and renewal forecasting using Hubspot CRM.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to influence product development.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical sales, preferably in SaaS or developer tools.
- Must be based in the London area.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Hubspot.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

- Experience at an early-stage startup or in developer tools.
- Background in customer success for technical user bases.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
