What you will do

• Design and optimize complex SQL queries and data processing pipelines for operational analytics.
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards using Tableau and Grafana.
• Analyze ServiceNow and ITSM datasets to extract actionable business insights.
• Automate data processing and analytics workflows using Python.
• Integrate AI tools like Claude and Gemini to increase productivity and analytics capabilities.
• Engage with senior leadership to deliver high-value data solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related roles.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for automation and processing.
• English: Advanced level required.
• Proficiency with Git, VS Code, and modern development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT operations, NOC environments, or incident management analytics.
• Background in data engineering and pipeline architecture in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI-driven automation tools.
• Experience contributing to architecture decisions or platform-level improvements.
