What you will do

• Lead strategic projects to improve business operations, efficiency, quality, and cost savings across multiple functions.
• Design and build advanced reporting solutions and dashboards using industry-standard tools.
• Integrate AI capabilities into dashboards and reports to enhance anomaly detection, forecasting, and trend identification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive standardization, governance, and operational excellence.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to team members on operational processes and performance management.
• Document technical requirements and process standards to enhance employee and customer onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in business operations, data analysis, reporting, or process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL platforms.
• Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered analytics, machine learning, or generative AI solutions for insight generation.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to stakeholders and senior leadership.
