What you will do

• Transform complex datasets into actionable insights to drive product improvements and data-informed decisions.
• Build and maintain analytics infrastructure, including data modeling and dashboard creation.
• Own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, from data modeling to experimentation and KPI development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholders have timely and accurate information.
• Optimize operations and enhance customer experiences through data intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics).
• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Pyspark.
• Experience with Databricks, Looker, Power BI, and collaborative coding via GitHub.
• Understanding of data lakes, data warehousing, and pipelines (e.g., AWS S3, medallion architecture).
• Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of business systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Jira, Amplitude, or Gainsight.
