Data Analyst (Gamedev)

Location: Remote (Worldwide) or offices in Cyprus, Armenia, and Kazakhstan. Relocation support is available for official office locations.

What you will do

• Develop and improve data-driven tools to increase marketing team efficiency.
• Design and prototype automated AI-based solutions to accelerate creative production and traffic acquisition.
• Implement algorithmic approaches to media buying and campaign optimization.
• Integrate external data sources and advertising platforms.
• Conduct data research to identify growth opportunities and transform them into practical tools.
• Collaborate with UA leads, analysts, and engineers to align solutions across teams.

Requirements

• Expert-level SQL experience with large-scale data (ClickHouse, BigQuery, Redshift, or PostgreSQL).
• Strong Python skills, including pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodels, and sklearn.
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics and unit economics (LTV, CAC, ROI, retention, payback).
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Axon) and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
• Ability to independently define approaches and drive tasks to completion in ambiguous environments.
• Proven experience in taking analytical solutions through to implementation and measurable business impact.

Nice to have

• Experience building production-ready solutions.
• Proficiency with PySpark, Databricks, or ETL pipelines (Airflow, Luigi).
• Experience automating processes using AI.
• Background in mobile products or the gaming industry.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design complex processes.
