What you will do

• Maintain and evolve the portfolio of HR and Finance dashboards in Tableau, focusing on usability and performance.
• Drive BI tool adoption by providing demos, documentation, and guidance for self-service analytics.
• Identify reporting gaps and build new dashboards and analytical views to support evolving business needs.
• Write SQL queries and contribute to data transformations using Postgres and dbt.
• Validate dashboard outputs and data sources through testing and QA processes.
• Collaborate with HR, GTM, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions.

Requirements

• Strong Tableau experience in designing complex dashboards for business decision-making.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing complex queries and handling large datasets.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and transformation workflows.
• Ability to explain analytical insights to non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Working knowledge of spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with HR or Finance data (payroll, budgeting, P&L, headcount).
• Experience collaborating with sales and GTM teams.
• Proficiency with the modern data stack (dbt, Postgres, Git).
• Tableau certification or a Tableau Public portfolio.
• Knowledge of metric governance and BI best practices.
