What you will do

• Take responsibility for all Amazon Marketing activities (Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMG) for existing and future customers.
• Design, plan, steer, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns to achieve defined performance goals.
• Develop campaign strategies based on business goals in collaboration with team members.
• Optimize campaign management quality by improving internal processes, tools, and reporting.
• Pursue career advancement opportunities toward leadership roles and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in online and performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console), specifically DSP, AMG, and Amazon SEO.
• Excellent knowledge of Japanese and fluency in English.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with PivotTables.
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong technical understanding and solution orientation.
• Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany.
