What you will do

• Supervise and lead teams including Product Configuration, CNC Programming, Jigs and Tooling, Prototyping, Assembly Methods, and Equipment Maintenance.
• Implement assembly instructions and TPM maintenance plans to maximize profitability and predictability of operations.
• Collaborate with production managers and engineering teams to drive product and process innovation.
• Mentor the product configuration team to enable standardized manufacturing of varied products.
• Establish a structure for monitoring and controlling collective and individual objectives within the department.
• Integrate execution tools with systems used by the planning and performance teams.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Solid experience in team management and industrial/process innovation.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong decision-making leadership and ability to quickly adapt to changes.
• Good technical knowledge to challenge existing processes and encourage continuous improvements.
• Must be able to work on-site at hirify.global's plants in Saint-Laurent.
