What you will do

• Act as Site Superintendent for high-profile projects, serving as the primary point of contact for field engineers and subcontractors.
• Manage and oversee 10-15+ technicians, enforcing performance and productivity standards.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for client issues and resolve onsite conflicts.
• Provide technical training on installation standards, including termination and mechanical aspects.
• Conduct site surveys and verify commissioning readiness.
• Coordinate site activities related to safety, quality control, and QA.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a senior/lead technician or site superintendent.
• Advanced AV installation skills and familiarity with audio, video, and networking equipment.
• Experience in construction environments and knowledge of low voltage electrical concepts.
• Must possess a valid Ontario driver’s license and a personal vehicle for frequent local travel.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible schedules including overtime and weekends.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
