What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with global EMSI customers and executive stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Identify and secure design-in opportunities with EMSI and OEM end customers to drive pipeline growth.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and program-level agreements to ensure margin objectives.
  • Coordinate with authorized distributors on BOM costings, AVL support, and inventory planning.
  • Track NPI/Ramp cycles (EVT, DVT, PVT) to ensure supply readiness and smooth production transitions.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors and provide structured feedback to Product Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in semiconductor sales, field sales, or EMS/channel-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of driving design wins and executing customer-facing sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen in pricing, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-region relationships within a matrixed organization.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
