What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of 8-14 employees within the Servicing Department.
• Review delinquent account records and organize collection workloads to optimize recovery.
• Provide continuous coaching, training, and development to staff to improve telephone techniques.
• Investigate and resolve escalated customer issues and disputes.
• Authorize or refer accounts for repossession and legal actions against debtors.
• Conduct weekly and monthly account audits, call scoring, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisor or manager role with at least 5 direct reports.
• High School Diploma is required; a College Degree is preferred.
• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV for on-site work.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and overtime.
• Proven ability to diffuse hostile callers and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and professional communication skills.
