Salary: $79,400 - $112,175

What you will do

• Onboard and train new hires to ensure efficient, compliant procedures and high-quality client experiences.
• Resolve complex and escalated client calls in partnership with Supervisory Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Complete Best Interest Profile supervisory reviews and other required supervisory functions as a Principal on staff.
• Perform fraud verification processes and second-level reviews according to policy.
• Address client account concerns in adherence to FINRA and SEC guidelines.
• Coach associates and advisors to strengthen wealth management conversations and improve service excellence.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65/66 registrations.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, including wealth management, brokerage, or trading support.
• Deep knowledge of brokerage, trading, retirement plan regulations, and wealth management strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience in financial services.
• Must be based in the US with reliable high-speed wired internet connectivity.
