What you will do

• Build and execute operational improvements to optimize GTM segmentation and support business growth.
• Analyze data and map workflows across marketing, sales, and service to perform gap analysis and prioritize revenue plays.
• Lead partners in the development and delivery of Go-to-Market strategies with high-quality project management.
• Drive organizational change management by engaging with senior stakeholders and owning the delivery of key projects.
• Define and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to derive insights and deliver revenue strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in sales and marketing operations at high-growth companies OR 3 years in Professional Services delivery.
• Ability to command meetings, lead conversations, and drive stakeholders toward decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset to break down complex problems and find systematic solutions.
• Proven experience in project and organizational management.
• Must be US-based to be eligible for the company's full benefits package.
