What you will do

  • Own and administer the GTM variable compensation architecture, including accelerators and SPIFs across sales, BDRs, CSMs, SAs, and partner teams.
  • Model financial scenarios to stress test costs, attainment distributions, and behavioral incentives.
  • Serve as the RevOps lead for post-close GTM integration, creating playbooks for role mapping, territory carving, and system integration.
  • Partner with Finance on commission actuals and HR on market benchmarking.
  • Coordinate the rollout of compensation plans, including documentation, communications, and system configuration.
  • Work with sales enablement to identify quota and efficiency gaps to ensure a clear path to OTE.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in RevOps, sales operations, or sales finance within a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience designing and administering variable compensation plans.
  • Experience supporting or leading GTM workstreams in M&A integrations.
  • Fluency in financial modeling, specifically bottoms-up capacity models and attainment distribution.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex compensation frameworks to executives and sales leadership.
