What you will do

• Partner with sponsors to create discovery artifacts including cost-benefit analysis, project charter, and milestone plans.
• Develop detailed planning artifacts, manage execution, scope, risks, and issues across large, complex projects or programs.
• Handle financial forecasts, cost variances, resource planning, RACI matrices, and third-party assessments.
• Prepare SteerCo materials, drive continuous improvements, and ensure all business requirements are met from development to implementation.
• Apply understanding of alternative investments to support operations and accounting ecosystem transformations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 10+ years project management experience.
• 8+ years project management experience.
• 5+ years with project management software like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira.

Nice to have

• 10+ years project management, 5+ in PMO.
• 8+ years leading projects in investment management and capital markets.
• Experience with investment operations/accounting across public/private assets.
• PMP certification, Agile/Waterfall experience.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
