What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives for Oracle ERP Cloud teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA to ensure clear understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments blocking team progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage stakeholder communication across offshore and onshore locations.
• Monitor team metrics and provide transparent reporting to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or 4+ years of IT experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams for software or cloud products.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 2+ years of experience optimizing software development processes to improve business value delivery.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; company will not sponsor visas.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementations or other ERP solutions.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore Agile teams.
