Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for lead generation and prospecting.
• Schedule 4-6 new qualified meetings per week.
• Conduct outreach to prospective customers, successfully bypassing gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
• Update and maintain detailed records of call notes and lead data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English for professional phone-based outreach.
• Ability to handle rebuttals, use active listening, and maintain a positive, calm demeanor.
• Capacity to accept constructive feedback to improve appointment-setting techniques.
• Must be based in the USA.
