Salary: $190,000-$210,000 (US base annual) + variable component

What you will do
- Build, develop, and lead a team of Account Executives across new business and strategic expansion.
- Support AEs in executing complex deals with 20+ stakeholders across lending, ops, product, and engineering.
- Establish coaching culture through 1:1s, deal reviews, and in-field engagement.
- Drive executive selling motion, translating API value to business outcomes and multi-stakeholder account planning.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, territory segmentation, and GTM strategy with VP Sales.
- Own handoffs between AEs and Customer Success for expansion while preventing revenue leakage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CS, Product, and Leadership to resolve blockers and enable the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years first-line sales management with track record of team quota ownership and AE development.
- Background in enterprise/strategic sales with complex buyers and executive alignment.
- Experience in or selling into financial services like lenders, fintechs, or banks.
- Proven enterprise expansion motion with account growth and planning.
- Startup-oriented: build processes from scratch and adapt quickly.
- Managerial presence through coaching, low ego, high credibility with AEs, leadership, and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience at API-first B2B like Plaid, Stripe, Twilio, or Datadog.
- Experience hiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Existing network in fintech or lending.
