Regional Territory Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (Hybrid: in-office Mon-Thu, WFH Friday)

What you will do

• Sell financial products such as Material Financing, Pay App Advance, and Flex-Line to commercial subcontractors.
• Drive adoption and usage of Turner Construction’s Accelerated Payment Program.
• Generate new sales from existing and inactive customers to increase revenue.
• Develop centers of influence and supplier relationships to generate warm referrals.
• Strategically sell into all levels of a subcontractor’s organization to integrate hirify.global into bidding and negotiating workflows.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Underwriting teams to maximize territory revenue while managing risk.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of sales experience managing a full sales cycle.
• Experience in outside B2B sales.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time to the assigned territory.
• Proven track record of closing new business through self-sourcing efforts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Slack.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
