What you will do

• Own the monetization direction and take full responsibility for the results.
• Lead and develop a team of monetization game designers.
• Drive the development of monetization features and manage the product roadmap.
• Conduct discovery and form a pipeline of hypotheses based on data, research, and market insights.
• Communicate test results, insights, and conclusions to the product group.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the game by actively playing One State.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning monetization in F2P mobile games.
• Strong expertise in game economy systems and monetization metrics.
• Experience managing teams and building product roadmaps.
• Ability to forecast the impact of changes and prioritize hypotheses by impact and cost.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Limassol, Cyprus
