What you will do

• Full ownership of 2+ casual evergreen games, managing the entire P&L including UA economics, IPM, and ad ARPDAU.
• Define and evolve feature roadmaps based on weekly data to move LTV and retention.
• Execute weekly release cycles: design, spec, and validate experiments via PRDs and data analysis.
• Scale winning titles from R&D, overseeing SDK integration, LiveOps, and monetization tuning.
• Implement AI-native workflows to automate PRDs, data analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a PM for casual, ad-monetized mobile games (cards, words, puzzles, etc.).
• Proven track record of improving ARPDAU, ad LTV, and Day-7/30 retention.
• Ability to code at a working level to pull BI data and automate tasks.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate product output.
• Lean startup mentality: ability to make decisions on partial data and ship fast.
• Senior-level autonomy and ability to build financial forecasts.
