What you will do

• Support product management across multiple live and upcoming AAA titles to build capabilities and manage launches.
• Evaluate design specs and mockups to identify risks and contribute to feature definition roadmaps.
• Lead initiatives to drive measurable improvements via hypothesis development and iterative testing.
• Translate performance results into actionable recommendations for studio feature team stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on support to studios in feature design, live content, and performance reporting.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices to evolve studio processes and capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in product management for live service games, preferably AAA Console/PC titles.
• Ability to conceptualize and abstract the design of game systems, features, and mechanics.
• Data fluency and experience partnering with analytics and insights groups.
• Solid grasp of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Working knowledge of game genres and business models such as F2P and premium.
• Must be based in the US for permanent remote arrangements.
