TL;DR

Junior AI Product Manager (Gamedev): Supporting the product vision and roadmap for casual mobile games with an accent on live operations, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization. Focus on integrating AI tools to accelerate analysis, drafting specifications, and automating repetitive tasks.

Location: Hybrid (Milan, Italy — 4 days per month). Relocation package available to Milan or travel expense benefits for those staying abroad.

What you will do

  • Support senior product managers in defining and executing the product vision and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and data teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate engaging in-game events to support live operations.
  • Monitor game performance and player metrics using AI tools to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Plan and run A/B tests to validate new ideas and optimize gameplay.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and insights to the wider team.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in product management, data analysis, or project coordination (internships welcome).
  • Passion for F2P mobile games and understanding of player behavior.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • AI fluency: active use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in work or personal projects.
  • Fluent English.
  • Basic understanding of agile workflows and project management principles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with no-code/low-code or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, Notion).
  • A habit of experimenting with new AI tools and finding ways to apply them to professional work.
