What you will do

• Lead diverse engineering team to define, optimize, and validate product requirements and development constraints.
• Develop and down-select concepts and performance recipes for new engine and aftertreatment systems via simulation.
• Ensure emissions standards compliance using data analytics for product optimization and robustness.
• Partner with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams to deliver products and improve validation.
• Coach and mentor engineers, provide technical expertise, and advise on projects.
• Apply process management to drive continuous improvement and Engineering Excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited Engineering field
• Expertise in engine and aftertreatment system performance simulation.
• Strong process management, analytical thinking, effective communications, problem-solving, technical excellence, and CAD/CAE skills.
• Ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and optimize complex technical challenges.
