Location: On-site in Warren, Michigan (5 days per week)

What you will do

• Create and maintain digital twins for robotic systems, integrated equipment, and lab test cells.
• Develop digital assets reflecting physical layouts, motion limits, and process interactions.
• Coordinate with Mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure models match design intent.
• Identify gaps between digital and physical assets in layout, configuration, or behavior.
• Define and execute validation plans to verify sim-to-real alignment and accuracy.
• Document results and implement corrective actions to improve digital twin workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Robotics, or Mechatronics.
• Experience with digital modeling, robotic simulation, or digital twin tools.
• Knowledge of automated systems and manufacturing process interaction.
• Ability to create accurate digital representations of physical environments.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Robotics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Siemens Process Simulate, Nvidia Isaac Sim, or Roboguide.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or industrial automation.
• Familiarity with virtual commissioning and offline programming.
