TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generating new business pipeline through creative prospecting including cold calling, email, and social engagement with an accent on strategic target account prioritization and providing exceptional prospect experiences. Focus on leveraging sales tools, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive revenue growth.

Dublin, Ireland. Hybrid: in the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists with Account Executives
  • Generate new business pipeline through cold calling, email, social, and other channels
  • Provide great experiences for prospective customers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product and its value
  • Demonstrate ability to attract new customers
  • Work with other functions to improve business processes
  • Engage in team development and mentoring

Requirements

  • Business-level fluency in French (written and verbal) required
  • Strong desire to build a career in Sales, aiming for Account Executive or closing role
  • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience (Sales/SaaS a plus)
  • Operational excellence in time management and revenue-driving activities
  • Competitive landscape and SaaS industry knowledge
  • Strong prospecting skills across phone, email, LinkedIn
  • Excellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication; effective listening and collaboration
  • Growth mindset with self-awareness and proactive feedback-seeking
  • Results-oriented with never-settle approach to quotas

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
