What you will do

• Own the planning and execution of product and solution implementations for federal health customers.
• Manage project scope, requirements, timelines, and communication plans based on success metrics.

• Lead matrixed and cross-functional teams to achieve contractual requirements and milestones.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and subcontractors to resolve critical issues and mitigate risks.
• Continuously improve implementation processes based on customer feedback and success outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or equivalent management roles.
• Proven track record of managing matrix and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
