What you will do

• Lead early-stage initiatives and drive product development from concept to launch.
• Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with the company mission and user insights.
• Distill complex technical problems into actionable engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure high-impact delivery.
• Gather insights from customers, patients, and partners to ensure products are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Own projects independently from initial problem definition to final recommendation.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 1+ year of engineering experience.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, ClickUp, and git flow.
