What you will do

• Own and drive end-to-end transition governance across all project phases.
• Manage transition plans, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables.
• Lead stakeholder communication and provide executive reporting.
• Ensure quality gate compliance and execution discipline throughout the process.
• Oversee knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and the final transition to steady-state.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong ITIL expertise and solid experience in Application Management Services (AMS).
• Proven track record in managing stable production environments and vendor governance.
• Ability to manage complex vendor transitions and multi-party environments.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be located in Argentina.
