What you will do
- Provide pre-sales technical expertise and lead the Sales Engineering strategy to help customers achieve maximum value.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations to customers and prospects to demonstrate the value of the solution.
- Partner with sales leadership and product groups to drive operational excellence and meet annual sales targets.
- Provide technical guidance to the sales team and ensure proper use of CRM systems and internal tools.
- Collaborate with internal functional areas to ensure solutions are implemented according to client expectations.
- Provide feedback on product development and enhancements to the product management function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering working with a SaaS Cloud Security product.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Public Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Powershell, or Bash, and experience with APIs.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Cloud Security, or Email Security.
- Demonstrated success working with Fortune 1000 companies and influencing technical decision-makers.
- Ability to travel frequently and participate in industry events.
