What you will do

• Own the technical relationship with commercial prospects and customers to ensure seamless product fit.
• Analyze customer needs to provide market feedback to the product team and help prioritize new functionality.
• Guide customers through the trial process and develop product examples and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Maintain deep expertise in product capabilities, integrations, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the London office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
• 5+ years of technical, customer-facing experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent.
• Previous experience working within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architecture.
• Proficiency with operating systems including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
• General knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or JavaScript.

Nice to have

• Prior experience specifically within the cybersecurity space.
• Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
