Location: Must be based in or be able to work from the London or Dublin office with a hybrid schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in-office).

What you will do
- Act as a strategic sales partner, owning the technical relationship with upmarket prospects and customers.
- Conduct strategic discovery to uncover technical and business pain points and align solutions to measurable impact.
- Deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations to validate technical feasibility and solution alignment.
- Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, surface technical risks, and ensure focused deal progression.
- Manage the post-sale handoff by creating detailed solution design documents and documenting constraints.
- Provide structured market feedback to the Product team to prioritize new functionality based on customer needs.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the London or Dublin office 3 days a week.
- 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions engineer or sales engineer in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and OS (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or JavaScript.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and active listening skills for high-impact demonstrations.
- Deep technical proficiency in identifying and validating operational and business pain points.
Nice to have
- Prior experience within the cybersecurity domain.
- Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
