What you will do
- Provide technical pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) for channel partners.
- Develop technical enablement plans and conduct training workshops to ensure partners can effectively sell and support product offerings.
- Identify and remove technical roadblocks to deals and POVs resulting from partner engagement dynamics.
- Cultivate technical evangelists within key strategic partners to independently pitch and demo the platform.
- Collaborate with product development to relay partner and customer feedback for product enhancements.
- Partner with Field Sales to drive technical success across regional channel partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience in Cloud, TDR, CASB, DLP, or data security within a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect role.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure environments, specifically roles, permissions, and APIs.
- Fundamental understanding of network design, database experience, and encryption techniques.
- Basic knowledge of ML/AI, Data Regulatory Frameworks, and Privacy/Data Retention programs.
- Proven experience working with VARs, system integrators, or channel partners.
- Must be based in the UK.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, or Cloud Security Engineer.
- Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, Administrator Associate, or Solutions Architect.
- CCSP - Certified Cloud Security Professional.
