What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to drive client retention and growth through consultative selling and solution mapping.
  • Partner with Sales to close opportunities and ensure the timely delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities by leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Manage a diverse account portfolio, assessing financial risks and optimization actions to maximize health.
  • Conduct proactive strategic consultations and formal business reviews with external stakeholders.
  • Advocate for client needs to the Product team to inform roadmaps and strengthen market differentiation.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, publishers).
  • Proven ability to communicate and advise clients at various functional and hierarchical levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex analytics into clear business outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot), G-Suite, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence.
  • Must be based in the United States.
