What you will do

• Lead full-stack technical strategy, architecture across front end, back end, data, and integrations.
• Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing engineering team focused on growth and impact.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, regulatory, and stakeholders to shape vision, roadmaps, and execute projects.
• Ensure secure, reliable, compliant software delivery and production support including incident response.
• Drive deployment planning, process improvements, and tooling enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience
• 4+ years managing software engineering teams
• Proven experience delivering production-critical software
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Angular web applications, Java web services; AWS, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL preferred
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent
