What you will do

• Prepare and validate trading documentation for commitments, subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers per client and fund requirements.
• Compile and review AML/KYC packages for fund administrators.
• Process custody trade settlements, including wires and verification callbacks.
• Monitor trading deadlines, execute, confirm, and reconcile trades accurately.
• Own end-to-end trade workflow, apply controls, SOPs, and checklists for compliance.
• Liaise with clients, administrators, and teams to resolve queries and exceptions.
• Identify risks, gaps, and efficiency opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education/University Degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• 1-2 years in fund administration with exposure to Client Delivery, Investor Delivery, and/or AML/KYC.
• Understanding of fund services: order execution, settlements, structures, documentation, investor onboarding, AML/FATCA.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Excel and Adobe PDF.
• Attention to detail, organization, multitasking, meeting deadlines in dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills.
